Morning.
Cutest. Aliens. Ever. (Spoilers for The Sarah Jane Adventures).

I guess Pavoratti died? I always used to get him confused with either John Rhys Davies or Mr. Bembleman (points if you know that book, 'cause even Google is coming up with next to nothing). But mostly Mr. Bembleman.

Normally I'm a furnace when I sleep, but last night I was so cold I had to put on my sweatshirt (generally reserved for late October sleeping) and turn on my bed heater. I think it may be linked to drinking. Whenever I drink a lot, I'm usually very very cold at night. Yet another reason not to drink a lot; it was pretty miserable. I finally got some sleep around 4 am, then Sara's car alarm went off.

Speaking of, I'm getting very tired of Jes being anti-social and staying in her room all the time. I'm giving her 'til next week, when we've had a week of couch, and then i'm going to say something. There's not feeling well and then there's avoiding your room mates. I see Sara more than I see Jes, and Sara (technically) doesn't live here. Not like I have to be social with my room mates all the time, but I enjoy it.

Also, if this one case settles big I'm getting a laptop. Then I can hang out with Josh on the couch, watch the game, and still chat/surf the internets.

I wish I had a couch to stretch out on while I... wait for my couch to get delivered. Heh.

Plumbing. Haha. Get it? It works for both subjects? Kind of. Sort of. Not really. Shuttup.
She's the Man was a surprisngly cute movie. Amanda Bynes is actually more attractive when she's butch. But... maybe that's just me. Channing Tatum looks like he's mentally handicapped, but once I got passed that I was okay with him being the romantic lead. I also think Olivia and Viola had more chemistry than Duke and Viola, but I tend to be biased about such things. However, I'm not the only one. So.

No hot water in the house for the third day in a row. There's a plumber here now, but the only reason he's looking at anything is because I happened to overhear him telling the landlord that we're not home, we used the hot water (he even asked if we're three "girls," to which the landlord replied "yeah, but..." heh), and that it should work now.

Still doesn't work, I am home (and I told his company I'd be here all day), and he didn't even try to knock. Thanks, dude.

Miss Boston already.
I have come back to my f-list to find that the theme for [info]rightclickchick this week is "menswear." Oh the joy.

I've found a subletter. Excellent. He's getting a break on rent, but since I'ma ctually living cheaper in San Francisco (who knew?), it's not too big of a deal. I'm happy to have one less thing to worry about (except potential insanity). Now I have to just completely empty out my room. While my mini-closet, in which I stored Random Computer Things sits there and mocks me. Oy.

I left all of my reading material at home. Very annoyed. I mean, I bought Snow Crash (so Gibsonian! Love!) and started and like it and left it in my mom's car. Then I bought this huge ass book that is apparently a reworked version of The Mabinogion. So, I'm excited. Yay for approachable Welsh mythology. Also left at home. I was re-reading V for Vendetta. Home. And going to start Wicked. Home. Oh well, I'm going back in a couple of days.

It's amazing how much time I can waste sitting in front of my computer. I started this entry an hour ago.
